Mold Needs Oxygen

When packaging is sealed without nitrogen it leaves room for water activity and potentially mold or microbial growth. Nitrogen inhibits mold growth on your product! Another important fact is that nitrogen freezing your product is a myth. Your product remains unharmed, and unfrozen, while the atmosphere around it is modified. This helps it to stay fresh like the day it was packaged.

Child Safety Regulations

N2 provides a child-safe / senior-accessible lid option to meet Federal safety standard regulations CPSC 16 CFR part 1700.20 and 1700.15. N2’s patented lid has been tested and certified as child-safe / senior-accessible, and it is recommended that the lid is utilized with the packing process.

Training:

Adequate training in the packaging process and maintenance of the packaging equipment is critical. N2 provides a training strategy to be implemented in your facility and will train your staff at the time of initial set-up and installation. The N2 Service Team will also be available for assistance via phone, video chat or site visit as needed, and additional training videos will be accessible.
